My name is Gabby and I'm a dog mom influencer who is obsessed with making content, reviewing products, giving back to others, and of course DOGS!

I started creating content with my dogs in 2022 as a way to distract myself from the crazy world we live in, and to put out more uplifting energy on social media.

What started out with me making silly videos of my dogs at the dog park quickly turned into my own business and I can't thank you guys enough for that!

Now I'm on a mission to empower and uplift other dog moms while supporting pups in need!

Who are you?

We are The Modern Pup Co. The Official Dexter, Duke, & Lucy Store!

Our mission is to empower dog moms and dads and help pups in need. We do this by providing high-quality products, all from one place. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has access to safe, reliable, and innovative products, for a price that will leave you jumping with joy and of a quality that won’t leave you wishing for more!

What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 2-6 business days for most items. Please check product descriptions of individual items.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net. 

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at themodernpupco@gmail.com or by using the Contact Us form below

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at themodernpupco@gmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

The majority of our products are eligible for returns. Some of our products are custom made and not eligible for returns. Please check product descriptions for details on individual items.

We have a  14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.

Why do some items take me to another site?

If an item doesn't have the ability to be added to your cart and instead it says "Shop Here" you will be directed to either our Merch Shop or an Affiliate Link.
